·Don't forget to breathe. Part of self hypnosis involves taking slow, cleansing breaths. Deep breathing techniques are not only beneficial for self hypnosis, but also for meditation and simple relaxing.

·Count down. With the body and mind completely at ease, count down from 10 and then recite what's on your mind.
